Erika Gioahin
Founder of AQLiving, Fermentarnica and an MSc in Microbiology, is passionate about fermented foods and microbiome health. For over five years, she has been professionally developing plant-based dairy alternatives and educating people on food awareness, production, quality, nutrition, and healthy choices. She created "CHIZO na Mizo", a line of fermented spreads, creamy cheeses, and aged mold-ripened cheeses for vegetarians and those with lactose intolerance. As the author of Dairy Alternatives, she shares insights on plant-based substitutes, their benefits, and sustainability. Erika advocates for a future of natural, sustainable, and healthy food, promoting well-being through better nutrition and informed choices.

Tinkara Oblak
Ma in Intercultural Management has more than 10 years of experience in the international environment, working in diverse fields from youth to tourism and wellbeing. She was an intern at the European Parliament, board member of the European Youth Forum and project manager at General Electric. She is specialized in policy analysis and implementing complex tasks in the international environment. She has deep knowledge in the EU functioning, international relations, non-profit sector. Her professional career continues as a project manager assistant in environmental and wellbeing projects. She is also active as a licensed yoga instructor.

Darko Ferčej
The head of the EU projects department at E-zavod, an institute focused on comprehensive development solutions. He holds a master's degree in environmental protection and has over 18 years of experience in preparing and implementing international projects co-financed by various EU programs, including Interreg, Horizon 2020, and Climate KIC. His work is dedicated to improving quality of life through sustainable development, emphasizing environmental conservation, economic innovation, and social justice. In May 2022, Ferčej participated in a dialogue with citizens in Ptuj, discussing topics related to the European Green Transition. He highlighted the intertwined nature of digitalization and the green transition, emphasizing that both must progress hand in hand.
